Choose a response from the list to the left (you can see a preview here). When you have the one you want, click 'Generate' and you will get some text that contains a tracker code that you can email to your friend/foe/whoever. Just cut and paste into an email. Nothing fancy required. When the come back here and enter the code they will see exactly what you think of your request.
